ABOUT US

Yashaamm Fashions Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-based fashion house with a portfolio of brands across women's ethnic wear and luxury bespoke menswear. We operate across marketplaces, B2B wholesale, and our own digital channels, building brands with distinct identities and audiences.

We are currently building our in-house creative function, and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who wants to work on high-volume, fast-paced, and creatively diverse projects across multiple brands.

n

THE ROLE

n

You will take ideas and briefs and turn them into polished digital creatives: social media content, AI-generated visuals, short-form video edits, website creatives, and B2B marketing material.

n

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work to direction set by the Senior Graphic Designer, with real growth potential for someone creative, AI-native, and eager to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

n

Social media and digital creatives

n

n
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
n
- Create static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, ad creatives, launch creatives and promotional graphics.
n
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
n

n

AI visual creation

n

n
- Create AI-generated fashion, lifestyle, campaign and product visuals.
n
- Work with tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Firefly,



Runway, ChatGPT, Nano Banana or similar.
n
- Build moodboards, mockups and campaign concepts.
n

n

Short-form video editing

n

n
- Edit reels, ad videos and short-form content.
n
- Work with transitions, typography, music and basic motion elements.
n
- Repurpose content across different platforms.
n

n

Website and marketing creatives

n

n
- Design website banners and landing page creatives.
n
- Create B2B creatives, brochures and digital marketing collateral.
n
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and email marketing creatives.
n

n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Strong Canva skills and a good understanding of digital design aesthetics.
n
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools.
n
- Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut or Premiere Pro).
n
- A strong sense of layout, typography and branding.
n
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-brand workplace.
n
- Able to take direction and feedback well, and turn work around quickly without losing quality.
n

BONUS SKILLS

- Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge.
n
- Fashion or lifestyle branding exposure.
n
- Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge.
