Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end implementation of SaaS products for clients.
Gather and document client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with clients and technical/product teams for timely implementation.
Perform functional testing, UAT, and validate product features before delivery.
Track and resolve client issues within defined SLAs; escalate technical issues when required.
Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships.
Conduct basic product training sessions for clients/users.
Prepare user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and training schedules.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in SaaS/Product Implementation, Client Support, or similar roles.
Solid client handling, communication, requirement gathering, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in testing/UAT, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and user training.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/documentation tools.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
