Role:
Hands-on Production Incharge to manage drawings, fabrication, vendor management, procurement and shop-floor execution.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and interpret AutoCAD (2D) drawings
Supervise sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, welding, finishing)
Manage daily factory floor operations, manpower, and timelines
Ensure quality, safety, and production targets
Coordinate with vendors and resolve production issues

Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Production or related)
Robust AutoCAD skills
Practical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication:
Experience supervising shop-floor operations
Basic electrical/electronics understanding

Experience:
Multi-year experience in manufacturing / fabrication settings

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
