Handle end-to-end recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing & Onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media & Referrals.
Understand hiring requirements from Hiring Managers and close positions on time.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment tracker/MIS.
Coordinate for offer letter, documentation and joining formalities.
Handle bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring and white-collar hiring as per requirement.
Build pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
