Job Summary:
We are hiring a US Sales Officer for night shift operations to handle sales calls for US-based clients. The role requires solid English communication skills, prior BPO/call center experience, and a sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound / handle inbound sales calls for US customers
Pitch products/services and close sales
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain call records and customer data
Ensure professional and effective customer communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BPO / Call Center experience mandatory (US Sales preferred)
Excellent English speaking & communication skills:
Solid sales, marketing, and persuasion skills
Comfortable working night shifts (Mon-Sat):
Target-driven and self-motivated
Experience in US sales process
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
