We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to manage HR activities for the Sales & Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting suitable candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and supporting the training and development of the team. The role will also involve manpower planning, team mapping and understanding future hiring requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick replacements and support business expansion. The HR will work closely with management and the Sales & Marketing team to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth coordination. The candidate should have solid recruitment, communication and coordination skills and must be Mumbai-based.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
