Job Title: Machine Operator - Ayurvedic Manufacturing (Blister / ALU-ALU)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Blister Packing and ALU-ALU machines efficiently
Ensure smooth production with mínimal downtime
Monitor machine performance and carry out basic troubleshooting
Maintain product quality as per GMP and company standards
Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines
Record production data and report any deviations
Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the manufacturing area

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurvedic / Pharmaceutical manufacturing
Hands-on experience with Blister & ALU-ALU machines (mandatory)




Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance:
Knowledge of GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices):
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
Experience in Tablet Coating:
Experience in Tablet Compression:
Technical understanding of production machinery
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
