As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Hindi, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students typically in grades 1 to 9. Your primary objective will be to foster proficiency in Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension, while also promoting an appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Hindi language and literature, adhering to the prescribed curriculum and syllabus.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning setting that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and cultural sensitivity among students.
Employ a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and instructional technologies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance,



and other relevant data for reporting and evaluation purposes.
Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school administrators to develop and implement curriculum enhancements, cultural programs, and Hindi language initiatives.
Promote a love for Hindi language and literature through extracurricular activities, such as poetry recitations, debates, and drama productions.
Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress, academic expectations, and school events.
Stay informed about current trends, developments, and best practices in Hindi language teaching and learning through career development opportunities and networking.
Uphold the values and ethos of the school community and contribute positively to its academic and cultural life.
