Assist ISRs and Senior ISRs with preparation of quotes and processing orders.
Enter and manage sales orders in internal systems.
Collect and organize required documentation (credit applications, agreements, signatures, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, service) to support order fulfillment and scheduling.
Work with vendors to obtain basic pricing and product information (as directed by ISR/Senior ISR).
Assist with tracking order status, delivery timelines, and installations
Handle basic administrative or order-related issues
Escalate more complex or urgent issues to ISR or Senior ISR for resolution
Support ongoing sales processes and documentation
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal activities
Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration efforts
