Community Outreach and Engagement:
Conduct mobilisation activities to promote the various domains offered by our Livelihood Program within the community.
Engage with local communities, schools, organizations, and individuals to identify potential aspirants and facilitate youth mobilisation.
Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness about the livelihood program.
Work closely with youth and provide them on career pathways

Aspirant Recruitment and Enrollment:
Identify and enroll eligible aspirants for the Livelihood programs.
Counsel the aspirants to assign them to the domain as per their need.

Program Promotion:
Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media content, to increase program visibility.
Attend community events, job fairs, and other relevant activities to promote the Livelihood Program
Build and maintain relationships with Key Persons, NGO’s and community organizations to create referral networks and support the livelihood program.





Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect data on various outreach activities and conduct follow-up calls to convert potentials into registrations and enrollments.
Gather feedback from aspirants and the community to help improve and refine program offerings.

Support and Guidance:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the aspirants.
Maintain contact with aspirants enrolled by you to encourage attendance, completion of training and placements.
Work closely with the centre team to ensure the effective completion of training and the successful placement of aspirants enrolled by you.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
