Support formulation development for personal care products (skincare, haircare, and topical formats)
Assist in ingredient research, efficacy validation, and benchmarking against competitor formulations and trends
Conduct lab trials, stability testing, and maintain detailed documentation of formulations and observations
Coordinate with third-party manufacturers (CMOs) for sample development, testing, and iterations
Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory standards, ingredient restrictions, and labeling requirements
Support creation and maintenance of product documentation including formulations, specifications, and claims substantiation
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and supply chain teams for product development and launch readiness




Assist in resolving formulation or scale-up challenges during pilot and production stages

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
