Key Responsibilities
Design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC & SCADA systems.
Programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLC logic and SCADA screens.
Maintenance and calibration of field instruments: pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters, analysers, control valves, etc.
Preventive & breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Troubleshooting automation, electrical, and control system issues.
Documentation of control logic, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
Coordination with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Support plant automation projects and system upgrades.

Key Skills & Requirements
Solid experience in PLC & SCADA (mandatory).
Knowledge of DCS systems will be an added advantage.
Experience in chemical / process / manufacturing industries preferred.
Hands-on exposure to calibration, panel wiring, loop checking, and commissioning.
Ability to handle breakdowns independently.
