About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel team as a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM). The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors.
Build and expand a productive agency network in the assigned territory.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business objectives.
Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.
Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.
Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
Ensure activation and productivity of recruited advisors.
Build robust relationships with advisors and customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Monitor advisor performance and implement productivity improvement plans.




Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales reports, business records, and MIS.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, or FMCG.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
