About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Designing Trainer to conduct training sessions, mentor students, and guide them through practical design projects. The ideal candidate will have robust subject knowledge, hands-on experience with design software, and a genuine interest in teaching and student development.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct batch and individual training sessions as per the approved curriculum and student learning plans.
Provide practical training in interior designing concepts, techniques, and relevant design software.
Provide individual guidance and personalized support based on each student's learning level and requirements.
Guide students in projects, assignments, portfolios, drawings, and practical work.
Monitor and follow up on student attendance, discipline, learning progress, and performance.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding attendance, progress, performance, and academic concerns.
Conduct assessments, examinations, practical evaluations,



and reviews within the scheduled timeline.
Prepare and submit accurate student progress reports/progress cards on time.
Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback and improvement guidance.
Maintain student-wise academic records, project records, attendance, and required documentation.
Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial training or individual follow-up.
Participate in faculty meetings, student reviews, workshops, and institute academic activities.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of software, training materials, and classroom resources.
Follow institute policies, academic procedures, quality standards, and professional conduct requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
