Conduct regular site visits to assess solar project materials and equipment.
Verify and log all materials received at the site, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
Maintain and update inventory sheets using Google Sheets and Excel.
Enter data accurately into the system and ensure seamless communication with project teams.
Collaborate with other departments to manage inventory levels and coordinate material needs.
Assist in identifying discrepancies in inventory and work to resolve issues.
Generate reports on inventory status and material usage as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data management practices.
