Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create innovative design concepts, mood boards, and 2D/3D layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Technical Drawing: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and furniture drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Site Supervision: Visit project sites to ensure designs are being executed according to plan and troubleshoot any on-site challenges.
Material Selection: Source and recommend finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor that align with the project budget and style.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Positive understanding of MEP, false ceiling details, and furniture joinery.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and site teams.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and technical drawings.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
