Key Responsibilities

On-Air & Presentation
Anchor live and recorded programs with clarity, credibility, and strong storytelling.
Present news, features, interviews, or special segments in line with editorial standards.
Conduct live and recorded interviews with guests, experts, and public figures.
Adapt presentation style to breaking news and evolving situations.

Production & Editorial
Research, script, and produce news stories, segments, and shows.
Plan rundowns, write copy, and ensure editorial accuracy and balance.
Coordinate with reporters, camera crews, editors, and technical teams.
Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
Edit scripts and video content as required.

Content Strategy & Digital
Collaborate with editorial leadership to develop story ideas and show formats.
Contribute to digital platforms (social media, web, OTT) when required.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and audience engagement goals.

Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to editorial policies, ethical standards, and legal guidelines.




Fact-check content and maintain high standards of journalistic integrity.
Meet tight deadlines in a rapid-paced newsroom setting.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Anchor, Producer, or similar role in broadcast or digital media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong news sense and editorial judgment.
Comfortable working live on air and under pressure.

Preferred Skills & Attributes
Confident on-camera presence and explicit voice modulation.
Strong scripting and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with video editing tools and newsroom systems.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Team player with leadership and coordination skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or during breaking news.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per
