We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Career Counsellor to join our team in Indore. This is a full time, in-person role ideal for someone passionate about guiding students and professionals in making informed career decisions — especially in high-demand fields like digital marketing and online business.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one in-person counselling sessions for students, graduates, and working professionals
Guide individuals in selecting the right courses, certifications, and career paths — with a focus on digital marketing and online skills
Explain course structures, career outcomes, and placement assistance
Handle walk-in enquiries and follow up with leads to drive enrollments
Organize seminars, workshops, and in-house events to promote awareness
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions
Stay updated on industry trends, especially in digital marketing and tech-enabled careers

Quarterly sales targets for Admissions

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or a related field
Experience or understanding of digital marketing and related career paths preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
Confident, empathetic, and student-focused approach
Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office)
Graduate degree required; relevant certifications are a plus
Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group counseling.
