Infrastructure Management: Maintain, configure, and secure servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, manage backups, implement security patches, and enforce data privacy policies.
Operations & Support: Oversee daily IT operations, provide technical support, resolve issues, and manage helpdesk functions.
Project Management: Lead IT projects, from software implementation (like ERPs) to system upgrades, coordinating with teams and vendors.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate IT staff,



fostering collaboration.
Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to optimize processes and performance.
