Role Summary
Manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales and design team, and act as the primary consultative closer for high-end modular kitchens, custom wardrobes, and freestanding furniture. Ensure an exceptional walk-in experience, target achievement, and seamless coordination between client design sign-offs and back-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain displays, ensure sample kitchens and wardrobes are pristine, and manage inventory and daily reporting.
Sales Leadership & Consultative Closing: Greet walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers, explaining technical nuances of materials (e.g., HDHMR, acrylic, PU finish, hardware brands like Hettich or Blum).
Team Management: Supervise showroom sales executives, interior designers, and support staff, tracking daily activity metrics and CRM updates.
Project Handoff Coordination:
Coordinate with the technical/installation teams to ensure smooth transition from initial 3D design presentation to final site execution and client handover.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 7 years of retail management or high-end consultative sales experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or premium furniture. additionally experience in selling high-ticket luxury retail, premium modular kitchens, or custom home interior sales will be preferable.
Education: Graduate degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Business Management is preferred.
Skills:
Robust understanding of space planning, modular materials, and hardware specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer reporting.
