Role Description
Plan and manage daily production activities
Ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and output
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
Optimize manpower and machine utilization
Minimize downtime and production bottlenecks
Maintain production discipline and shop floor workflow
Drive process improvements for consistency
Qualifications
3+ years experience in manufacturing operations
Experience in rubber / polymer / engineering industry preferred
Robust understanding of shopfloor production processes
Ability to manage teams and production targets
Problem solving and planning mindset
Hands on and execution-focused
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
