Evolve Artisanal is a design-led surface and material studio working with architects,
interior designers, and private clients. Our showroom is the first point of interaction for
many of our clients, and this role is critical in shaping that experience.
We’re looking for a Client Engagement Executive who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable
wearing multiple hats; someone who can manage daily showroom activities while
supporting the larger marketing and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Client Handling
Manage incoming calls and enquiries professionally
Handle walk-in clients at the showroom and provide basic product information
Ensure a welcoming, organized, and well-managed showroom experience
Lead Coordination & Meetings
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales and design teams
Follow up with enquiries and assist in converting leads into meetings
Maintain basic records of client interactions and enquiries
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating showroom events, gifting, exhibitions,
and design meets
Handle vendor coordination, invitations, and on-ground execution support
Ensure events run smoothly and reflect the brand’s standards
Marketing & Operational Support
Support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination tasks
Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination as required
Take ownership of ad-hoc responsibilities that support business and marketing goals
Requirements:
Robust verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement
