Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Assist in planning and executing weekly content calendars:
Create and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn:
Write engaging captions and basic marketing copy
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement




Track and report social media performance metrics
Content Creation
Coordinate with designers for creatives
Contribute ideas for reels, short videos, and trending content:
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
Performance Marketing Support
Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns:
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, etc.)
Support in preparing basic performance reports
Support in creating and managing contact lists and segmentation
Track open rates and campaign performance

Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts:
Familiarity with social media platforms
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or similar (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a rapid-paced setting
Proactive attitude with a sense of ownersh
