Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the customer database in CRM software.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups:
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
Maintain customer records, purchase history, and feedback:
Generate daily / weekly CRM reports:




Track leads, conversions, and customer engagement:
Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field:
6 months experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and data management:
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
