We are hiring an experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisorto join our team.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in kitchen stewarding or a similar supervisory role

Language Requirement: English and Hindi (mandatory)

Salary: Based on last drawn salary and interview performance

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the stewarding team to ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Monitor dishwashing and waste disposal processes to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Train and guide staff on proper kitchen sanitation practices and handling of equipment.
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure productive workflow in kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen stewarding or a related role.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene best practices.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
