- Conduct psychological assessments, case history evaluations, and behavioral observations.
- Develop individualized intervention and treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies and behavioral interventions.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Counsel caregivers and families regarding coping strategies and rehabilitation goals.
- Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and case records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and team meetings.
Requirements
- Psychological assessment and counseling skills
- Knowledge of cognitive and behavioral therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
