Role Overview

n

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quick Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive with 3–5 years of experience in launching new products on e-commerce, marketplace, FMCG, D2C, or Quick Commerce channels and take care of operations.

n

The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms, including listings, price negotiations, ensuring seamless order processing, shipment planning, delivery appointments, GRN closure, platform coordination, and operational reporting.

n

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Operations

n

n
- Initiate listings, monitor and manage Purchase Orders (POs) received across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms.
n
- Ensure timely acceptance, processing, and execution of platform purchase orders.
n
- Track order status, shipment progress, platform requirements, and delivery timelines.
n
- Coordinate with internal warehouse and logistics teams to ensure dispatch readiness and timely order fulfilment.
n
- Monitor pending orders and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
n

2. Appointment & Delivery Management

n

n
- Plan, schedule, and manage delivery appointments as per platform purchase orders and operational requirements.
n
- Ensure timely slot booking and adherence to platform-specific timelines and SLAs.
n
- Track pending, delayed,



or missed appointments and take proactive action to minimise delays.
n
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics partners, and platform teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
n
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, deliveries, pending shipments, and exceptions.
n

3. Platform Coordination & Support

n

n
- Act as a key point of contact for operational coordination with Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms.
n
- Coordinate with platform support teams, account managers, and relevant stakeholders for operational requirements.
n
- Raise, monitor, and follow up on support tickets related to shipments, appointments, order discrepancies, inventory, or operational issues.
n
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of operational concerns.
n
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
n

4. GRN & Inbound Management

n

n
- Ensure timely completion and closure of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) across platforms.
n
- Track inward shipments and coordinate with warehouses and platform teams for pending GRNs.
n
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies related to quantities, deliveries, damages, shortages, or inward records.
n
- Maintain accurate records of completed, pending, and disputed GRNs.
n
- Follow up proactively to ensure delays do not impact inventory availability or platform operations.
n

5. Reporting & Operational Tracking

n

n
- Maintain accurate operational trackers and dashboards for POs, shipments, appointments, deliveries, and GRNs.
n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
n
- Monitor key operational metrics and highlight pending actions, delays, and recurring issues.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
n




- Ensure all operational data and documentation are accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Listings, Operations, Marketplace Operations, Quick Commerce, D2C, FMCG, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
n
- Experience working with platforms such as Quick Commerce (ZEPTO, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, etc,.) and major e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of Purchase Orders, shipment processing, delivery appointments, inbound operations, and GRN management.
n
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
n
- Ability to work with operational dashboards and data trackers.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
