Role Description This is a full-time Senior Architect role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both on-site collaboration and some work from home. The Senior Architect will lead the end-to-end design and planning of bespoke pooja rooms, from initial concept development and client consultations to detailed architectural drawings and final design approvals. Responsibilities include translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic architectural solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves integrating design principles with any related software tools or systems used for visualization, documentation, or project coordination, while ensuring adherence to quality, safety,



and regulatory standards. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, contribute to design guidelines, and help refine Svvayam’s design portfolio and processes.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with a proven ability to create detailed, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills relevant to design tools or platforms used for modeling, visualization, and project coordination.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management for design and build projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and familiarity with visualization or rendering tools is beneficial.
- Experience designing interior spaces, preferably including spiritual or culturally significant environments, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and engage confidently with clients and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality built or conceptual projects.
