Job Description

Experience: 5–20 Years | Interior firm PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY : Take complete responsibility for assigned interior projects from start to final handover, ensuring timely completion and quality execution. CLIENT MANAGEMENT : Maintain excellent relationships with clients, understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and handle client concerns professionally. MANAGEMENT COORDINATION : Closely coordinate with the management and internal teams, ensuring all project-related information, requirements, and decisions are communicated properly and on time. TEAM AND SITE COORDINATION : Coordinate effectively with designers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, factory teams, and other departments for smooth project execution. PLANNING AND PROBLEM SOLVING : Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, timelines, and quality, and take immediate action to resolve site or project issues. Experience and communication Candidates with **5–20 years of experience in interior projects** are preferred. **Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi** is required, along with solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
