Key Responsibilities
Drawing Preparation
Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for interior fit-out projects.
Develop GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Draft layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Design Coordination
Coordinate with designers and project teams to understand requirements.
Incorporate design changes into drawings as per client and site inputs.
Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and standards.
Detailing
Prepare detailed joinery drawings (furniture, partitions, ceilings, etc.).
Work on reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, and wall details.
Ensure proper dimensioning, annotations, and material specifications.
Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is a must).
Good understanding of interior fit-out drawings and detailing.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
