We are looking for an experienced Interior Factory Manager to oversee factory operations, production planning, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and manage daily factory production activities.
Prepare production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
Supervise and manage factory staff and production teams.
Monitor production quality and maintain required standards.
Coordinate material requirements and control material wastage.
Coordinate with designers, site teams, vendors, and project managers.
Ensure production follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor machinery and equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
Track production progress and resolve operational issues.
Ensure finished products are completed and dispatched on time.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior manufacturing/factory setting.
Solid knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
Ability to manage materials, production schedules, and timely project delivery.
Good team management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
