Key Responsibilities
Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven workplace.
Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work Schedule & Requirements
Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business
requirement).
Mode: In office / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Pay: From ₹460,000.00 per year
