Roles &responsibilities; include:
Making Outbound calls to potential client and Explain IT services of our Company (E-Waste Management)
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales prospects.
Identify potential clients and understand their IT requirements.
Addressing clients 'uncertainties, Grievances, and suggestions on time.
Maintain accurate records of leads,
interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of IT hardware and solutions. Valuable communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
Knowledge of CRM software.
Experience in inside sales, tele calling, or IT sales
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
