La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for detail-oriented and disciplined Housekeeping Associates to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury property. This role is critical in delivering a flawless guest experience aligned with premium hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas to luxury standards
Ensure rooms are perfectly set up before guest arrival
Follow SOPs for hygiene, sanitation, and linen management
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and amenities
Adhere to grooming and presentation standards at all times
Prior experience in housekeeping (hotel/resort preferred)
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Physically active and able to handle daily operational tasks
Well-groomed with a disciplined work approach
Basic communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work versatile shifts
