Role Summary

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can deliver high-quality, high-volume content across formats. This role requires strong fundamentals in editing along with the ability to leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and improve output.

You’ll work on reels, ads, and long-form videos, ensuring content is engaging, platform-ready, and delivered rapid.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Work on long-form content (YouTube, brand videos)
Perform color grading and sound editing:
Add subtitles, motion elements, and overlays:
Export videos in multiple formats (vertical, horizontal, square):
Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)
Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Technical Skills Required
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro:
After Effects:
DaVinci Resolve:
Solid understanding of:
Color grading workflows:
Sound editing and cleanup:
Video formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)

AI Tools (mandatory)





You should be comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output, such as:
Runway / Pika - AI video generation and enhancements
CapCut AI / Premiere AI tools - auto cuts, subtitles, reframing
Descript - text-based editing, audio cleanup
AI subtitle tools - fast captioning
Any tools that help automate repetitive editing tasks

What We’re Looking For
Min 2 years of hands-on editing experience
Portfolio with real client or brand work:
Ability to handle high-volume editing workflows:
Strong attention to detail
Quick execution without compromising quality
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting

Performance Expectations
Maintain quality across revisions
Improve turnaround time using AI and workflows
Adapt to different content styles and formats
