TRAINER JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

Responsible for training and monitoring Business Development Managers (BDMs) on finance, loan products, sales processes, and calling quality to improve performance and ensure process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
Train current joiners (BDMs) and support onboarding
Train and guide recent trainers on training processes
Conduct daily/regular training sessions
Monitor calling quality and share feedback
Share scripts, Q&As;, and voice recordings
Track performance (Green / Yellow / Red zones)
Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs)
Monitor leads, profiling, and case analysis
Ensure process adherence and discipline
Manage internal communication and updates

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
