Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel reservations through The Hotelmate platform.
Handle enquiries from various sources for room bookings and coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
Work toward monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.
Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records.
Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and troubleshooting.
Cross-sell additional hospitality tech products (POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during client interactions.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.

Pay: ₹10,480.35 - ₹35,021.51 per month
