We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is a excellent chance for freshers or candidates with limited experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Viist the colleges/institutions to source candidates

Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree; HR qualification is an advantage.
Freshers and candidates with 1 years of experience can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
