About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to join the ADKO team and work across social media, brand, hospitality, and digital content.

You’ll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content while ensuring solid visual quality, pacing, sound, and storytelling.

What You’ll Do
Edit reels, social media videos, brand films, and digital content.
Handle basic colour correction and colour grading.
Work on sound mixing, audio clean-up, music selection, and syncing.
Create clean cuts with good pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
Work with footage from qualified shoots and adapt content for different platforms.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to execute concepts and references.





What We’re Looking For
Good understanding of video editing fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Basic understanding of colour grading, sound, music, transitions, and storytelling.
After Effects knowledge is a robust plus.
Good visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio/showreel showcasing your editing work.
