Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, sales/purchase invoicing, and ledger entries using Tally.

Maintain accurate records of payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and petty cash expenses.

Assist in tracking customer payments, following up on outstanding dues, and processing vendor bills.

Support senior accountants in preparing documentation for GST filing, bank reconciliation, and monthly reporting.

Coordinate with the local showroom team and management for daily cash flow and financial records.

What We Are Looking For

1–2 Years Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably in retail, distribution, or manufacturing).

Practical Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, or related finance discipline.

Positive attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and integrity.

Local candidate based in or willing to work in Tiruvannamalai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
