This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, Tally/ERP, Excel, invoicing, GST, and day-to-day finance operations.

About the Role

Rage Coffee is looking for a Junior Accounts & Data Entry Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good Excel skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Enter daily sales, purchase invoices, vendor bills, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
Maintain physical and digital records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.




Perform basic bank and transaction reconciliations.
Verify sales orders, purchase invoices, and vouchers before accounting entries.
Maintain ledger and basic accounting records.
Assist the finance team with monthly documentation and basic reports.
Support inventory/stock updates.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily accounting/data-entry tasks.

Candidate Profile
B.Com or equivalent graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Accounts, Finance, Data Entry, or Bookkeeping can apply.
Basic knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
Basic understanding of GST, sales/purchase invoices, vouchers, and ledgers.
Robust numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and handle routine accounting/data-entry work.
