Key Responsibilities
Develop and manager industrial Hotmelt customers and key accounts.
Generate business prospects and expand the customer base.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable Hotmelt and other solutions.
Conduct product trials and coordinate technical support with customers.
Develop relationships with manufacturers, purchase teams, production teams and technical stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

We are looking for candidates with experience in:
Hotmelt/ woodworking adhesives or related products.
Handling a customer base of Joineries or modular furniture manufacturing units.

Qualifications
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
