Role Summary

n

We are seeking 8+ years experienced Oracle Primavera Senior Consultant with robust expertise in Primavera Unifier and good to have the Primavera P6. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, solution design, configuration, and client handling across industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
n
- Own solution architecture, design strategy, and overall delivery governance.
n
- Lead requirement workshops with CXOs, project directors, and senior stakeholders.
n
- Define enterprise-level configurations including EPS, OBS, WBS, calendars, resource structures, and cost control frameworks in P6.
n
- Architect and configure advanced business processes, workflows, cost management, contract management, and document controls in Unifier.
n
- Drive integration strategy with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP.
n
- Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and system performance optimization.
n
- Provide strategic advisory on project governance, portfolio controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
n
- Lead UAT cycles, training strategy, change management initiatives, and post-go-live stabilization.
n
- Ensure quality assurance of FDDs,



solution architecture documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation.
n
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
n
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and implementation teams.
n

Required Skills & Competencies:nn
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Primavera solutions.
n
- 3+ years in a leadership or solution architect capacity.
n
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle enterprise implementations.
n
- Strong expertise in project planning, cost management, contract management, portfolio management, and advanced reporting.
n
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise integrations and data migration.
n
- Strong understanding of Oracle database fundamentals and system architecture.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
n
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and delivery ownership.
n
- Experience leading multi-location or cross-functional teams.
n
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
n

Preferred Qualificationsn

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Management

n

· Experience in large infrastructure or EPC projects

n

· Relevant Primavera or project management certifications.
