Summary Junior engineer testing will be the primary interface between manufacturing, Lean, & quality for all manufacturing test process development, conducting Electrical Testing and trouble shooting

Roles & Responsibility
Thorough testing & troubleshooting of power products.
Responsible for achieving zero DPU, zero EHS incidents & maintaining 5S+ in testing area.
Improvement of testing procedure and test stand.
Justify and procures test hardware and other capital expenditures needed for production test
Setup and deploys test hardware, software, stations, etc. in production
Train recent test technicians in the use of test equipment, test process and coach the testing team




Work with cross-functional teams to plan test development schedules and allocate resources
Lead and drive continuous improvement projects
Other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Experience in testing of rectifiers, inverters and switch gears.Hands on experience in testing of exciter and starter will be added advantage

Required Qualification
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Minimum of 2+ years related working experience in testing Power cabinets, control panels, converters, inverters, DCS, switch gears etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Control & power cabinet testing,problem solving and pcba level trouble shooting
