Department: Pathology / Diagnostics

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day pathology laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise laboratory staff, duty schedules, productivity and discipline.
Ensure timely reporting, TAT, quality control and SOP compliance.
Coordinate with Pathologists, technicians, phlebotomists and front-office teams.
Manage inventory, equipment, consumables and operational costs.
Handle patient/doctor queries and ensure high-quality patient service.
Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals and corporate clients.
Drive business development, sales and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety and regulatory requirements.





Qualification
PGDMLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT preferred.
MBA in Operations / Healthcare / Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
