KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, CCTV , EPBX landline , and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and connectivity problems.
Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain office networks, internet connectivity, and data backups.
Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus programs.
Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and service requests.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical services when required.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, presentations, and current employees.

Preferred Qualification
1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferred).
Knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printer management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
