Job Summary

FNS Solution is looking for a Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support to corporate clients. The candidate will handle desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware installation, networking support, asset deployment, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support at client locations.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and applications.
Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, switch, router, and network troubleshooting.
Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals.
Handle laptop/desktop deployment, collection, and asset handover.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic hardware health checks.
Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, email, and user connectivity issues.
Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, and asset records.
Coordinate with the internal support team for L2/L3 issues.
Visit multiple client locations as required.
Follow company procedures for asset security, handover, and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,051.19 - ₹24,868.99 per month
