Designation: IT GRC Operations Analyst (Governance Risk Compliance Operations Analyst)

Location: Kurla, Mumbai.

Maximum CTC is 6LPA.

Role Requirement

Candidate with over 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Skilled in coordinating operations, tracking tasks, reporting, managing stakeholders, and supporting governance.

Valuable practical knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.

Basic understanding of information security, vulnerability management, and security audits.

Responsibilities

Help the IT GRC team manage audits, compliance, risk, and security tasks using JIRA.

Support setting up JIRA workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation for smoother task management and alerts.

Work with IT, Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Risk, and Business teams to monitor audit findings, remediation plans, compliance needs, and submit proofs.
