About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to sourcing and screening candidates and a robust interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other channels .




Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements
6 months – 2 year of experience in IT and/or Non-IT Recruitment.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment platforms.
