Understand technical & C2H requirements from hiring managers.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Screen resumes and conducts initial discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
Handle offer rollout and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements
0.6 to 3 years of experience in IT/technical & C2H recruitment.
Positive understanding of IT skills and roles.
Solid communication.
Ability to work on multiple positions in a quick-paced setup.
Knowledge of job portals.
